Beautiful & Useful 2022 - Craft Fair at Sussex Prairies

Cocoon&me are excited to be participating at Beautiful & Useful this September. We had a great time last year & we are sure this year will just as good!

We will be selling a selection of our newest items from our Handcrafted Collection & our popular Handmade Craft Kits, using artisanal techniques such as macramé & crochet. We will also have a curated sample sale rail.

Beautiful & Useful are delighted to be returning to Sussex Prairies, just north of Brighton, this September after a fabulous show in 2021.

This award-winning garden is planted with spectacular swathes of herbaceous perennials and September, when the grasses and many of the flowers are at their peak, is the one of the best times to visit. This outdoor event will see our exhibitors’ stalls dotted among the planting, making this a spacious, stress-free and truly delightful day out.

Their exhibitors are some of the country’s finest designer-makers and will be selling a wide range of handmade ceramics, textiles, basketry, jewellery and more.

Tea, cake and delicious lunches and savouries will also be available, and you can buy many of the plants you see in the garden at the on-site nursery, too.
